Safe Easy Fun

1. No experience necessary.
2. Action tours are NOT recommended for pregnant women, those suffering back pain or the elderly.
3. ATV's are semi-automatic, very easy to drive, even for beginners.
4. Guests must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure.
5. Drivers must be 16 and older, however, children ages 4 to 8 are allowed to ride free with an adult. Children 8 to 16 pay for the second seat.
6. Drivers must provide proper I.D. upon registration for tour, as well as a current Driver's License.
7. Drivers must provide a valid Credit Card, which will be charged ONLY in case you wreck the ATV (but you won't, right?).
8. Drivers must follow leader and keep their place along the line at all times without passing. Breaking this rule will result in disqualification from the tour.
9. We recommend you to wear clothes that you don't mind getting all muddy and wet. Sneakers, closed toe shoes or Teva style sandals are the best.
10. You are welcome to bring your camera, however, unless you can make sure it won't get muddy and wet, we suggest you to better purchase one of our affordable Photo and Video Packages, this way you can leave your camera for that Malecón, sunset or restaurant picture.
11. Bring some money for gratuities, souvenirs and Tequila!

Cancellation Policy

About Reservations

1. All reservations are handled in the order that they are received, so please allow up to 24 hrs. to process your confirmation.
2. Please allow your e-mail client program to receive e-mails from reserve@wildvallarta.com so you can get your confirmation. Also, you might have to look into your "Junk Mail" folder, as your confirmation e-mail is likely to end up there.
3. Guests MUST present e-mail print including confirmation code at the time of registration to be able to take the tour(s).
4. Unpaid reservations are considered on stand-by. This means we reserve the right to provide the tour(s) booked only to those customers whose payment has been confirmed and cleared. Online reservations are considered confirmed only until fully paid in advance according to these Terms and Conditions.
5. All tours leave rain or shine, unless official notification from authorities or causes of force majeur.
6. All tour reservations are subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations cancelled for reasons beyond our control such as weather, are subject to a 15% processing fee regardless of their time of booking. Also, in the unfortunate event that you have to cancel a confirmed reservation, you are subject to a penalty charge as follows:

1. Reservations cancelled more than 15 days prior get 85% refund.
2. Reservations cancelled within 14 to 5 days prior get 50% refund.

No refunds will be given if ANY of the following events occur:

1. Cancellation notice is received within 4 days prior.
2. Failing to show up on time for your tour.
3. Failing to provide e-mail print including confirmation code.
4. Failing to provide a valid Driver's License and credit card upon registration. In case you don't want to use a credit card, a $250 USD cash deposit will be necessary.
5. Failing to provide proper I.D. confirming that the person booked is the person taking the tour, unless we are previously instructed otherwise.
6. If you are disqualified from the tour.

Privacy Policy

About Personal information

We understand people's concern when it comes to personal information provided over the internet. Rest assured, we will NOT disclose, rent, sell or otherwise divulge any of that information. We have developed our reservations engine with a secure encrypted connection that you can trust. We may use your e-mail address to occassionally send you promotions that you might be interested in, however, you can always opt-out the delivery list by clicking a link within that e-mail to stop receiving such promotions.

About where you stay

We know you might find this intrusive but there's a good reason why: sometimes is critical for us to be able to get a hold of you before and after you have taken any of our tours. For example: sometimes during the summer months it rains so heavily that trails have to be reopened or repaired by local authorities and this may take long enough to force us to reschedule your tour for a few hours or even a full day. And we will need to make you aware because we would much rather take you out on a tour well done the next day than to just make it shorter and not give you your money's worth. This of course, provided you are to able to reschedule. Another reason is that more often than not, unfortunately, people would forget belongings of all kind without having the slightest idea of where. And again, if we find stuff, we want to return it. We know you might have access to the internet but what if you don't? And you can guess we're not going to call your mobile because it would cost us a fortune. So please, help us serve you better and let us know where to find you. We won't tell anyone. Thank you for your understanding.
